License

MESH is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By using the app you agree to those terms and to the additional terms below.

Subscriptions and purchases

• MESH offers optional auto-renewable MESH Season Pass subscriptions (Freshman, All-American and MVP), billed monthly or annually through the store you subscribe with.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel through the store that processed your purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not remove access already paid for.
• Coins are a virtual currency with no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Your account and conduct

• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials private.
• Do not abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service, other users, or game features (including MESH Team standings, pools and rewards).
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content and data

Statistics and match data are provided for entertainment and informational purposes and may contain errors or delays. MESH Team and pick'em pools involve no entry fees or cash prizes. Team and player names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
